A Few hours ago google released january security update factory images for its nexus devices.
Google is releasing monthly security patches to the Android Open Source Project that fix some issues and patch up potential vulnerabilities to the system.Both are based on Android 6.0.1 so don't expect a lot of significant changes in these versions. It's possible that other Nexus variants will have a couple of different build numbers somewhere in the alphabetical middle between P, T and S.
