Marshmallow Scheduled Date's
The biggest Android device retailer may be updating a large majority of its flagships from this year and last in earliest months of 2016, if a leak of the company's purported Android Marshmallow update roadmap proves to be authentic.

The Android 6.0 Marshmallow. While competitors like HTC and LG have been rolling out the update for their phones one after another, Samsung is still lacking behind in this area. The flagship Samsung Galaxy S6, S6 Edge, and S6 Edge+ have still not received the Marshmallow update, though the beta testing of those updates is going on in some countries.

Another batch of older and less popular Samsung devices leaked in the supposed upgrade roadmap are apparently scheduled to be updated during the second quarter of next year. Here's the supposed update list for Q2 2016:
Samsung Galaxy Alpha
Samsung Galaxy Tab A
Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0
Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7

this leak only tells us about the Android 6.0 update. If an educational guess is to be made, we think that the aforementioned devices will get the Android 6.0.1 update shortly after Android 6.0, as both are being tested right now. As the Android 6.0.1 update is not a major one, it shouldn’t take much time to roll out.the Android Marshmallow beta testing for some of the aforementioned devices has already begun, and the February-March-April release date looks very logical and possible.

And anyway, we are reaching January end now, and it’s only a couple of weeks before we will start hearing about the first Marshmallow update by Samsung this year.
