After months of delay, Sony has finally begun rolling out the Android Marshmallow update to three Xperia smartphones in India. The announcement comes just days after Sony released the Android Marshmallow teaser video detailing the key features of the new OS.

Sony had officially launched the Xperia Z5 and Xperia Z5 Premium in India at Rs 52,990 and Rs 62,990, respectively, in October last year. While the Xperia Z5 was an update to the Xperia flagship line, the Xperia Z5 Premium took things to the next level on the display front. The new Sony devices were competing with flagships from other companies such as the iPhone 6s, 6s Plus, Nexus 6P, among others. You can take a look at our Sony Xperia Z5 and Xperia Z5 Premium first impressions.
