Google planning to launch it's 3 Mid Range device's Pixel 4a segment in 2020....

Google's upcoming affordable smartphone Pixel 4a
A report from today's XDA developers quotes the existence of three code names related to Google's upcoming affordable smartphone (or phone), and evidence discovered with those names reveals a more misleading picture of the situation. It is long and short: it can have two 4a pixel variants and one can support 5G.

According to XDA, the three code names of the note are Sunfish, Redfin and Bramble. Sunfish is reportedly equipped with Snapdragon 730, a Qualcomm chipset with only 4G for mid-range phones. Given that the Pixel 4a is likely to be deployed around $ 400, the lack of 5G will not be a dealbreaker.

AT&T and Verizon are focusing on rolling out 5G

The US is undoubtedly the largest market for Pixel, but AT&T and Verizon are focusing on rolling out the mmWave 5G, putting the meaningful benefits of the 5G Pixel 4a in this country at a disadvantage. Certainly, the nationwide 600mHz 5G from T-Mobile is one thing and the 2500Mhz mid-band 5G from Sprint is growing slowly, but America's largest providers remain without statistically significant 5G implementations, and there is little hope for change in the near future . .

Moreover, the Pixel 4a seems to bring a premium middle class with a more powerful chipset and an expensive 5G modem to reflect what the Pixel 3a and Pixel were a 3a XL: good facial components combined with excellent. Software support and a fantastic camera. With $ 480, the 3A XL was a bit closer to the 'budget flagship' range. A 4a XL that can cost $ 550 or more - after all, a 5G refusal price is still not a premium - is done well in the occupied space of brands such as OnePlus. I could hardly imagine a world in which a Pixel 4A XL 5G can easily be compared to a OnePlus 8 (possibly with 5G) for a dollar.

Yet we are talking about Google here; A company that is sometimes contradictory and likes to change direction with an instant. Can we see the 5G Pixel 4a (XL?) For certain markets, as well as a cheaper, cheaper 4G model? Can we see two 5G pixels for those markets, with a smaller and larger version, while the rest of the world only has a smaller 4G version? I don't know, and this story makes the entire Google plan much less clear. We may have to wait for Google I / O to find out what's really going on here.
