Owners of OnePlus 7 and 7 Pro, which have entered the Open Beta release cycle, are publishing a new version today. Open Beta 8 includes a number of fixes for problems encountered in Beta 7, including accidentally touching a pocket and some cameras fixing some lock / black screen issues with them. Security reforms were also taken up by December 2019.
The full list of changes to this version is given below:
Changelog
- System
- Optimized the mistouches when the phone was in pocket
- Fixed the display issue on the uninstalling page
- Updated Android security patch to 2019. 12
- Improved system stability and fixed general bugs
- Camera
- Fixed the crash issue while opening the App
- Fixed the black screen issue
The previously mentioned fix for the camera and pocket is a poorly described fix for the "problem with displaying deleted pages". This is a bit difficult to analyze and the quest for the previous version of beta version 7 was not explained, but there may have been a problem uninstalling the application from the previous beta versions.
