The software versions in both markets are the same - N960FKSKSU4DSLB and the update will include security in December. The Android 10 update for its Samsung Galaxy Note 9 series is slower than the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy S10, but should be accelerated in the coming days as it looks three days ahead of German development.
If you have a Galaxy Note 9 and live in India, go to the mobile app development menu and click Download and Install. There are currently no updates to Samsung Smart Switch or Software Archive, but we will notify you when changes occur.
